Key Policy Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

The policy excludes injuries, medical costs, or disabilities resulting from:

• Intentional self-inflicted injuries, suicide, or attempted suicide.
• Incidents occurring while under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. War, acts of terrorism, or related hostile conflicts.
• Operating an aircraft or aerial device (unless traveling as a fare-paying passenger).
• Participation in professional sports or exceptionally high-risk activities.
