Josphat is a digital transformation enthusiast with over 12 yrs of experience in developing, implementing and managing digital solutions for the insurance industry.

He holds a BSc Computer Science degree from JKUAT, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, Oracle Certified Professional and ITIL Foundation.

Prior to joining Pioneer Insurance, he worked at Web tribe Limited, Turnkey Africa Limited and Madison Group Limited.

Stella holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from UoN, a Diploma in HRM, a COP in Insurance, and I’m pursuing my MBA in Strategic Management at Daystar University. She is also a certified professional trainer with 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, making her confident and passionate about service.

Lawrence has worked in various roles in Stock Brokerage, Fund Management, and Pensions over the last 17 years. He has a passion for the Financial Markets and how different roles come together to build long-term wealth. He is also fascinated by Tech and its use in Financial Services and I am learning Python for software development.

Grace has extensive experience in insurance and financial services, previously working at ICEA LION, ABSA LIFE, and JUBILEE INSURANCE. Most recently, she was a Business Developer in Bancassurance at ICEA LION LIFE COMPANY. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Kenyatta University

Jared Obiero is the Head Pensions and Annuities Administration department. His role is to oversee all the functions in the Department. He is a Pension’s Professional with over 12 years of Experience; Majoring in employee benefit administration (Group life and Retirement benefits arrangements). He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Majoring in Actuarial Science from Kenyatta University and Pursuing Diploma in Retirement Provision from Pensions Management Institute of UK.

Hastings is the Underwriting Manager responsible for overseeing the underwriting function. He is an accomplished professional with over 10 years’ experience and a demonstrable commitment to the ethos of professional excellence. His experience spans both retail and Group business, having previously worked for Madison and Jubilee Insurance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science (JKUAT). He is a Chartered Insurer, An Associate of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (AIIK) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII).

Eunice Too is the Head of Group Life Business and is responsible for maximizing sales and coordinating marketing activities. She has experience spanning over 20 years having previously worked with George Williamson Kenya and CIC Group. She holds a BSc. in Communication and Public Relations (Moi University) and a practitioners Diploma from Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).

Simon Wamenju is a transformational leader overseeing retail business in sales and marketing. He has over 18 years of experience in banking and insurance having previously worked for Equity bank and CIC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the university of Nairobi and a Diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)-London. Simon is also a trained accountant
