Mutua Mulwa is the Chief Operations Officer at Pioneer General Insurance, bringing over 13 years of leadership experience in operations and claims management. In his role reporting to the Managing Director, Mutua leads operational scaling, digital transformation, and service delivery enhancement across Kenya. He holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from Makerere University, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), and is an MBA candidate in Strategic Management at the Open University of Kenya.
