Jones Otwori serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pioneer Assurance, driving operational excellence, organizational efficiency, and customer experience. Building on his track record of expanding the company's retail footprint, he leads the digitization and simplification of operations to broaden market access and close Kenya’s insurance protection gap.

With over 30 years of experience across local and international insurance markets, Jones holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a BA in Business & Economics from Kenyatta University. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII, UK), a member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK), a Group Life Technical Committee Member at the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI), and an alumnus of the Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG).
