• Authorized Repair Limit: Quick authorization threshold for seamless repair starts (Limit: Kshs 50,000).

Third-Party & Passenger Liabilities 

• Third-Party Bodily Injury: Kshs 3,000,000 per person and unlimited total liability per event.
• Third-Party Property Damage: Coverage up to Kshs 10,000,000.
• Passenger Legal Liability: Kshs 3,000,000 per person and up to Kshs 20,000,000 per event.

Key Policy Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
The EV CARE policy does not cover:

1. Damage caused by mechanical overloading or structural strain.
2. Standalone damage strictly confined to the battery or tyres (unless occurring simultaneously with other vehicle damage).
3. Mechanical, electrical, or software breakdowns resulting from cyber threats, malware, ransomware, or trojan attacks.
