Stephen Masinde is the ICT Manager responsible for the Technology function. He brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT Management, IT Audit, IT Risk Management, and Digital Transformation across the Banking and Insurance sectors. Prior to joining Pioneer Insurance, he served at Turnkey Africa (Kenya) Limited and National Bank of Kenya (NBK).

He holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Technology (Software Engineering) from Maseno University. Stephen is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and is a member of ISACA.
