WIBA

WIBA Insurance is a mandatory statutory liability cover designed to protect employers against financial liabilities resulting from employee injury, occupational disease, disability, or death occurring in the course of employment. Positioned under Pioneer's "Secure Your Employee" segment, this policy ensures strict legal compliance with the provisions of Kenya's Work Injury Benefits Act (WIBA) 2007, shifting court-awarded or statutory compensation risks directly to the insurer.
